Area-based projects in districts of high immigrant concentration (1998)

As a result of migration flows in recent decades, substantial populations of different national or ethnic origins from those of the host society have come to live permanently in most of the member states of the Council of Europe. This book underlines the problems and opportunities for social, economic and cultural renewal in urban areas of high immigrant and ethnic minority concentration.
