The judge and international law (1998)

Judges holding a high position in the judicial hierarchy and senior civil servants from the ministries of justice, of the countries of central and eastern Europe - held a meeting from 28 to 30 November 1995 in Bucharest on the theme « The judge and international law ». They examined the scope of the principle of the primacy of international law over domestic law and the role of the national judge when applying rules of international law.
