New Information Technologies and the Young (2001)

The resulting report identified the extent of provision and access to technologies, the ways in which young people use them, and some of the opportunities and difficulties associated with each form of communication and expression. The focus was on young people as users and consumers of new technologies, but especially on their creative activity - using digital audio and video, creating websites, distributing visual, musical or literary work over the Internet...whatever is possible.
