Conditions of employment in the European Social Charter (Social Charter Monographs No. 6) (2000)

The aim of this book is to present an overview of the rights guaranteed by the European Social Charter in the field of conditions of employment, and the case law built up by the European Committee of Social Rights under Articles 2, 3 and 4 of the European Social Charter. The articles concern health and safety at work, working hours and holidays and the right to fair remuneration.
