Introduction to a modern language at school from the age of 7 years - European teachers' seminar - Sèvres, 27-29 November 1996 (1998)

Teachers from twenty-one countries participated in this seminar on early teaching of modern languages and worked towards the following objectives : to change long-established ideas on this topic in France, to compare experiences, to allow exchanges of views between teachers from different countries, and to discuss the relations between theory and practice.
