Guidelines for the protection of the architectural heritage (2000)

This publications considers the following issues : the definition of architectural heritage, the identification and selection of properties to be protected, levels of heritage protection, specific protection systems for single monuments, groups of buildings, sites and areas, administrative measures and the participation of public, associations and local authorities in heritage protection activity, integrated conservation approaches and sustainable developement, auxiliary financial measures in support of the architectural heritage.
