Civil Law Convention on Corruption and explanatory report (2000)

This convention deals with questions relating to civil law and corruption, and questions as compensation for damage for victims of corruption, liability, including state liability for acts of corruption committed by public officials, contributory negligence, validity of contracts, protection of employees who report corruption, clarity and accuracy of accounts and audits, acquisition of evidence, and court orders to preserve the assets necessary for the execution of the final judgement.
