This publication presents a study of a specific theme, "the protection of human dignity", combining the presentation of national reports and the experience of constitutional judges from different parts of Europe and South Africa searching for a common solution to a practical case, relating to a fictitious law "aimed at protecting minors under 7 years of age from paedophile offences and at limiting re-offending".
